This free 45–60 minute doula interview is a chance for us to meet, have a chat about what you're looking for and see whether I might be the right doula for you.

We can talk about your pregnancy, your hopes for birth, anything you're particularly thinking or worrying about, and the kind of support you'd like through pregnancy, labour, birth and those first weeks with your baby. I'll also explain how I work and there'll be plenty of time for you to ask me questions.

I'm based in Welwyn and support families across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, including parts of Bedfordshire, South Cambridgeshire, West Essex and the northern edge of London. My usual area extends from Barnet and the northern edge of London up to St Neots and South Cambridge.

All initial interviews take place via Zoom (or a similar online platform), with full details sent automatically after booking. If you'd prefer to meet in person, please email me at [email protected] before scheduling.
